Marshal Training 2026
Play your part in the heart of the action. The Faugheen50 Club along with the Motorsport Marshals Association will be running a Marshal Training Seminar on Saturday 28th March at the Mill River Industrial Estate in Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary at 11am. The course will run for approx 4 hours and will cover all aspects of marshalling from Flags, Manual handling, The do's and don'ts of marshalling, understanding critical knowledge of being a marshal, working at heights and fire training. Without the support of marshals we cannot run our Faugheen50, nor can any motorsport event take place so the more marshals we have the greater the liklihood that we can run our events. The training seminar is open to everyone over the age of 18, and all you need to do is bring yourself, a passport sized picture and €10.
Bike and Car Run 2026
We are running our Annual Bike and Car Run on Sunday 19th April at Tinvane Retail Park, Carrick on Suir from 11am. We are asking all club members, supporters, friends and groups to come along to participate in the run. This is our major fund-raiser to bring in funds to run the Faugheen50 Sprint, so its vitally important that we get a good turn out on the day. To run the Faugheen50 Sprint this year will cost approximately €60,000 so its vital to the survival of the event that we can all come along. We will be running a significant raffle for all participants (the draw will be on the day after the run), a very special commerative sticker for all participants, music, tea, coffee and hot food available at sign on. The organising committee are finalising the last few details of the run, and it promises to be a very enjoyable run from Carrick, and finishing up at Faugheen.
F50 Club Meetings
The Faugheen50 Supporters Club hold their meetings on the 1st Wednesday of the Month at 8pm in the Faugheen Parish Hall and is open to members, supporters and volunteers to discuss all club related matters, whats happening and what is coming up. The value of the meetings is that is affords all attendees a chance to discuss all club and sport related business, and also gives club members a chance to engage with each other socially. So our next meeting will be on Wednesday the 1st of April so please do come along.
